Mr. Manoranjan earned his CPA designation in 1980. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Columbo, Sri Lanka. Mr. Manoranjan is an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management in London, England. Mr. Manoranjan currently serves on the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority. He also served on the Executive Board of the Ohio Society of CPAs and is currently on their Statewide Political Endorsement Committee.
